Embroidery Picker Adjustment

How to adjust the picker on your embroidery machine. A misadjusted picker can cause problems whenever changing colors or thread trimming.

The picker metal itself is slightly bendable, including the “tongs”, so if screw adjustments are not enough/will not fully fix the alignment problem then its possible to apply slight bending with a tool; remove picker if needed; the picker shape should allow it to pull out of the giant thread loop easily.
